The International Forum «Information-Communication Technologies and Higher Education – priorities of modern society development» will be organized in the period from May 26 to May 30, 2009. It will take place on the board of the comfortable cruise ship «Vissarion Belinsky» cruising by the rivers Neva and Svir, lakes Ladoga and Onega which are the pearls of the Russian North-West region.

In the frame of the International Forum will be organized the following:

• Conference on problems of inclusive education in view of information resources globalization
• XII symposium on problems of redundancy in information and control systems
• XII conference on wave electronics and its application in information and telecommunication systems
